WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Atif Superstore is happy to refund products returned within 7 days of delivery which are unopened and undamaged along with the invoice.
Please note: You must highlight the issues within 24 hours of the delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on damaged, opened and perishable goods.
Non perishable items are refundable or exchangeable if not wanted. However, you will have to arrange your own postage and packaging to return the product.
Please note: all perishable products, such as meat and dairy products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on fresh fruit & vegetables or frozen products.
CONDITIONS:
- Notify us of the issues within 24 hours of the delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused along with the invoice and labels.
- We recommend to pack the return packages carefully to avoid any damage in transit. (We advise to use a tracked parcelling service)
