I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDER

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of £40. You will need to meet the minimum requirement in order to checkout.

I’VE ORDERED CHILLED AND/OR FROZEN GOODS, HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?

Chilled and Frozen products are delivered in insulated packaging (water ice packs) suitable for up to 48 hours.

It is important that all frozen and chilled products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your package.

Please note, there is a no refunds policy on perishable goods.

WHY CAN I NOT PURCHASE MORE THAN 4 ITEMS OF THE SAME PRODUCT?

In order to minimise the impact on supply chain and avoid disruption to our availability, we have applied a restriction of 4 items per product per customer.

CAN I “BULK BUY”?

If you would like to place an order for a large quantity of a product or products, please email info@atifsuperstore.com where one of our team will be happy to help.

MY ORDER STILL HASN’T ARRIVED. WHO DO I CONTACT?

If you’d like to find out where your order is, and you haven’t received an email update from us, or our courier, then please contact info@atifsuperstore.com

I HAVE A DAMAGE/MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

It’s our aim that everything you order arrives in good shape. If this hasn’t happened, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to sort it out. Please contact info@atifsuperstore.com with details of any damages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your order – attaching pictures of any damaged products.

 

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Atif Superstore delivers 7 days a week within Surrey only. For orders placed before 12.00 pm, same day delivery is available, where we will endeavour to have your order delivered within 5 hours. All other orders are delivered next day. You will receive an email confirmation when placing an order. If you haven’t received this, please check the spam folder. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking link with an ETA of your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

Please email us on info@atifsuperstore.com and we will attempt to rearrange your delivery if possible.

However, we do not take liability on rescheduled deliveries after the first delivery attempt.

There are no refunds or exchanges on missed deliveries.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

All of our products adhere strictly to Halal standards and are accredited by certified institutions. We maintain a rigorous approach to our supply chain and prioritise the welfare of all animals involved in our processes. We prioritise transparency to ensure our customers have complete confidence in their purchases.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will always endeavour to find the closest alternative item, e.g. the same product from another brand. If this is not possible, we will either issue you with a discount voucher code or offer you a refund of the equivalent amount back onto the payment card used.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase,Atif Superstore is happy to refund products returned within 7 days of delivery which are unopened and undamaged along with the invoice.

Please note: You must highlight the issues within 24 hours of the delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on damaged, opened and perishable goods.

Non perishable items are refundable or exchangeable if not wanted. However, you will have to arrange your own postage and packaging to return the product.

Please note: all perishable products, such as meat and dairy products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on fresh fruit & vegetables or frozen products.

CONDITIONS:

• Notify us of the issues within 24 hours of the delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused along with the invoice and labels.
• We recommend to pack the return packages carefully to avoid any damage in transit. (We advise to use a tracked parcelling service)
